Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Propane Service Technician who will specialize in troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations of propane equipment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Repairs & Maintenance: Perform safety inspections, pressure leak tests, repairs, and maintenance of residential and light commercial propane (primarily heating) systems.

  • System Installation: Install and/or convert propane appliances, piping, regulators, and storage tanks.

  • Emergency On-call: Be available for after-hours emergencies during on-call rotation.

  • Customer Interface: Deliver expert customer service with an emphasis on safety.

  • Compliance Documentation: Properly document system assessments and service.


Job Qualifications & Certifications

  • Licensure Requirement: Must hold an active Massachusetts LP Installer License.

  • Experience: Prior experience required with residential and light commercial propane systems.

  • Driving Credentials: A valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract is required.

  • Safety Mindset: Demonstrated knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines and absolute dedication to zero-incident safety routines.
