Position Overviewย 

Motive Workforce is seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Plumbing Estimator / Project Manager to support our client's growing commercial tenant improvement (TI) division. These projects include tech offices, medical offices, R&D spaces, and creative commercial interiors in fast-paced construction environments.ย 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, speed, and responsibility, and who can take commercial plumbing projects from pricing through closeout while working closely with field teams, general contractors, and clients. ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Commercial Plumbing Estimatingย 
  • Review drawings and specifications for TI projectsย 
  • Perform material and labor takeoffsย 
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimatesย 
  • Request and evaluate vendor pricingย 
  • Prepare proposals, clarifications, and revision pricing

Commercial Plumbing Project Managementย 
  • Manage awarded projects from startup to completion
  • Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and manpowerย 
  • Track job costs, labor, and productionย 
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders Attend job site and coordination meetingsย 
  • Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crewsย 
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating and/or project managementย 
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction workflowsย 
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawingsย 
  • Comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslyย 
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Procore and project management software (Trimble Experience a +)ย 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills ย 

Compensation and Benefitsย 
  • $110,000 - $150,000/year salary DOEย 
  • Company vehicle or allowance, gas card and company cell phoneย
