In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, to spec, and above client expectations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from project management while keeping their crew motivated and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on commercial job sites
Execute landscape and hardscape construction plans with precision and attention to detail
Take direction from Project Managers and ensure timely execution of project milestones
Communicate effectively with crew members to maintain productivity and morale
Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools as needed
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Ensure materials are used efficiently and report any shortages or issues
Complete required documentation and project reports
Foster a team environment built on respect, quality, and accountability
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with leadership experience preferred
Ability to lead crews and deliver projects on schedule with high quality
Working knowledge of landscape construction tools, techniques, and safety standards
Strong ability to read plans and follow project layouts
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 10 Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Hoisting License preferred (negotiable depending on candidate)
Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
