Job Overview

We are looking for a driven, sales-minded Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team.

This is a relationship-based sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, creating opportunities, and growing a book of business. Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. Proven sales success, confidence, follow-through, and a strong desire to succeed are what matter most.

Duties
  • Develop new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and direct outreach.
  • Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, referral partners, and centers of influence.
  • Identify client needs, business risks, and insurance opportunities.
  • Work with internal service teams to develop insurance solutions and deliver a first-class client experience.
  • Present proposals clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistent follow-up.
  • Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance companies, and teammates.
  • Represent the agency professionally in the community.
  • Build and grow a book of commercial clients over time.
Requirements
  • Proven sales success or strong business development potential.

  • Commercial insurance, property and casualty, or agency experience.
  • Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
  • Existing community involvement or strong local network.
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or agency management systems.
  • College degree, insurance designation, or equivalent professional experience.
