Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Winchester, Virginia. Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a leading orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Winchester, VA. Our practice is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients can receive expert care tailored to their unique needs. With a strong focus on evidence-based treatment, our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support optimal recovery.

You will work onsite at our specialized rehabilitation facility, collaborating closely with a team of two other skilled physical therapists and additional healthcare professionals. Each day, you will engage with a diverse patient demographic who are supported by commercial insurance and private pay options. Our facility fosters a culture of teamwork, professional development, and high-quality patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, needs, and goals on a one-on-one basis.
• Provide tailored treatment plans and cost-effective interventions to enhance movement, restore function, and increase mobility.
• Utilize a variety of clinical techniques to decrease reliance on medications and offer alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at maximizing each patient's potential.
• Deliver motivated, evidence-based care that supports patient progress and recovery.
• Consistently evaluate patient progress and communicate findings effectively with individuals and their families.
• Document all patient treatments and interactions accurately using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, Athena Health.
• Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

In this role, you will primarily serve athletes and other patients seeking rehabilitation for strength and balance improvement. Our clientele ranges from active individuals recovering from sports injuries to those needing rehabilitation due to medical conditions affecting mobility. • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; a graduate degree (MS or DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Virginia State license to practice Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse patient personalities effectively.
• A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to the latest treatment practices.

• Hands-on experience with evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Athena Health, is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to patient care, fostering motivation and positive outcomes.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent on experience. In addition to the base salary, Gotham Enterprises provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial, health, and personal goals.
