Position Overview:

We're a growing independent agency on the North Shore seeking a proven Commercial Lines Producer to drive new business, with a primary focus in Massachusetts and additional opportunities across New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut.

This is an ideal opportunity for a producer who wants flexibility, strong support, and the ability to build a highly profitable book.

Position: Commercial Insurance Producer

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure

Hours: Monday through Friday

Schedule: In-Office with Hybrid Work Options

Location: Danvers MA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial business (MA focus)
  • Expand opportunities across NH, ME, and CT as needed
  • Build and leverage referral networks and centers of influence
  • Design tailored coverage strategies for business clients
  • Partner with service team to retain and grow accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed production goals

Qualifications:

  • MA P and C License required (multi-state licensing or ability to obtain preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or sufficient related work experience
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
  • Proven success in generating new business
  • Existing book or strong pipeline preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
