Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team in the Charlotte area! In this role, you will, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold a valid HVAC license. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! 
Responsibilities:
  •  Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose heating, cooling, electrical, and airflow problems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Accurately identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain system issues and repair options
  • Complete service tickets, job documentation, and required paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable HVAC codes
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Work independently as well as with other technicians
Qualifications: 
  • Valid HVAC license/certification
  • Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
