Job description

We are hiring a professional Class A CDL Driver for a Dedicated Regional Route running between Van Buren, AR, and the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. This position is built for drivers who want the consistency of dedicated freight, strong weekly earnings, and a guaranteed weekend reset at home.

Schedule & Home Time
  • Home Weekends: Consistent weekly home time for your full 34-hour weekend restart.
  • The Route: Dedicated freight lane operating between Western Arkansas and North Texas.
Pay & Full W-2 Benefits
  • Weekly Compensation: Averaging $1,500.00 per week, calculated via a highly competitive combination of practical mileage pay and stop-off pay.
  • Tax Status: Full W-2 company employee (not 1099).
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus supplemental insurance options.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely transport and deliver dedicated commercial freight between Van Buren and the DFW area.
  • Driver Offload: Manage delivery stops utilizing a provided electric pallet jack. Freight is entirely palletized for efficient offloading.
  • Maintain precise electronic logging device (ELD) records and adhere to all FMCSA/DOT safety regulations.
Hiring Area

To be considered, drivers must reside along or near the transit corridor between Western Arkansas and North Texas, specifically within commuting distance of:

  • Greater Dallas-Fort Worth: Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding metro communities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • License: Valid Class A CDL.
  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable and capable of operating an electric pallet jack to perform palletized freight offloads at delivery stops.
  • Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a stable, verifiable work history.
  • Must hold a current DOT Medical Card and pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen.
