About the Role
You'll work directly with the Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects throughout the region. Most of your work will be performed in the office, with occasional field visits. You'll typically manage 10–15 projects at a time, up to 20 during peak season.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare project takeoffs from plans using Bluebeam; assist with estimating and change orders
• Create and update project timelines and forecast budgets using BuildOps and MS Excel
• Coordinate directly with contractors and clients
• Define project scope of work and reconcile it with the contract
• Build Schedules of Values (SOV); maintain and prepare accurate billing applications
• Manage project cost, manpower, material, equipment, and sub requirements
• Place initial material orders and track long-lead-time items with subcontractors
• Track and monitor equipment and company resources by project
• Review project schedules and communicate manpower needs to field supervision
• Monitor active project progress, collaborating with the field team on status, budget-to-actual, and changes
• Maintain as-built plans at each project phase alongside the field team
• Perform project closeout — finalize budget, paperwork, and billing
• Prepare and review status reports across all projects
• Identify and create RFIs, submittals, and cost impacts
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents
