Class B Drivers – Paid Class A CDL Upgrade Program

Are you a CDL B driver ready to take your career to the next level? Join our paid Class A CDL upgrade program and earn while you train. This is a full-time opportunity, where if you qualify, you are hired as an employee from day one and receive hands-on training to upgrade your license to a Class A CDL unlocking higher earning potential and more driving opportunities.

Paid Training Program Highlights

  • You are hired and paid as an employee on day 1.
  • You'll be paid while you get your CDL.
  • Your CDL training is three weeks and is available in multiple locations.
  • After you have your CDL, you'll continue your on-the-job training as a long haul truck driver.

  • Access to more job opportunities and routes
  • Ability to operate tractor-trailers and combination vehicles
  • Higher earning potential (Class A drivers earn significantly more on average)
  • Long-term career stability in a high-demand industry

  • Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and traffic laws
  • Transition into long-haul or over-the-road driving after licensing

Qualifications
