Job description

Edible Cuts, Inc. is a growing food processing company located in Kenosha, WI that specializes in various cuts of fruits and vegetables and other fresh quality products. Whether it's pre-cut wholesale, retail, schools, hospitals, restaurants, or hotels, Edible Cuts provides the freshest products to every client. Our wide variety of offerings provide cost-effective options to a kitchen of any size. Edible Cuts is expanding and we are currently hiring for CDL Class B Delivery Drivers.
Shift: 1st (start time 3:30am-8am); Work Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
  • Make deliveries in a timely and safe manner, following the MOD routing
  • Unload the truck using Pallet Jack and Two Wheeler
  • Maintain communication with MOD during deliveries, communicate any issues/delays
  • Bring back to the warehouse signed invoices
  • Clean truck at the end of the shift

Requirements:
  • Must have a valid CDL Class B License
  • Must register for FMCSA
  • Must be able to operate vehicles with AIR BRAKES
  • Must pass the DOT Physical Test
  • Pass a drug screen and background check
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Able to read a map/GPS and get to the accounts in a timely manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to handle clients with diplomacy and tact
  • Capable of following instructions and procedures
  • Recognize and understand product names and UOM
  • Lift/carry/pull/push product up to 60 lbs
  • Good reading/writing skills
