Our Company is looking for a mobile Operations Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure that our high standards of cleanliness are met across multiple sites, including medical clinics and large-scale facilities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control & Inspections: Travel to various accounts to perform regular quality checks. Ensure all cleaning meets the company and client-specific standards.
  • Team Training & Support: Work alongside cleaners to demonstrate proper techniques. Train new staff on safety, chemical use, and specialized medical cleaning protocols.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage labor hours and supply costs for assigned accounts to stay within set financial goals.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for building managers. Address concerns quickly and professionally to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
  • Operational Planning: Coordinate schedules and ensure all accounts are fully staffed, assisting with cleaning tasks directly when necessary to meet deadlines.
Requirements
