We are a small but fast-growing plumbing company looking for motivated Plumbing Apprentices and experienced Lead Plumbers to join our team. We take pride in quality work, strong teamwork, and doing things the right way. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values skill, reliability, and leadership. Apprentices will learn the trade hands-on, while Lead Plumbers will manage crews and help shape the future of our company.

General Plumbing Duties (All Levels)

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Apprentice-Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance

  • Learn proper use of tools, materials, and safety procedures

  • Follow instructions and actively build plumbing skills

  • Load/unload materials and prepare job sites

Lead Plumber / Crew Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship
