MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Command & Control Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develops and maintains interactive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators for organizational command and control.
  • Draft technical documentation for data processing workflows and standard operating procedures for information environment tools.
  • Maintain data repositories and ensure the accuracy of visualization models updated by various project teams.
  • Supports the daily execution of PAC IVY training initiatives by updating visualizer environments with relevant exercise data.
  • Draft technical reports on C2IE performance and mission-partner status to enhance situational awareness for theater leadership.
  • Assist in developing visualization workflows for the monitoring of logistics platforms and personnel movements during contested theater exercises.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Data Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or a related field
  • 3 years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical reports and follow established SOPs for information environment management.
  • Proficient in utilizing C2IE tools and collaborative SharePoint environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Foundational training in joint logistics or information systems.
  • Familiarity with USSOCOM data policies and the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $83,300.00-$139,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
