Job description

Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Recruiting and Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, candidate outreach, onboarding support, and corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition and HR operations who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external partners.
The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruiting efforts, maintaining accurate HR data, and assisting with various administrative tasks, while also gaining exposure to employer branding and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruiting process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with job postings across platforms and help track posting performance
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, file management, and data entry
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation
  • Support reporting and tracking of recruiting and HR metrics
  • Create graphics and assist with generating content for employer branding initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong career interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR operations
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling outreach and communicating professionally with candidates via email and phone
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, FL
  • Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance
