Job description

Charity Con assistant will primarily focus on work pertaining to the Mount Aloysius Charity Con, which is a comic book conference offered every fall semester. The preparation for this conference is extensive, requiring scheduling, correspondence, promotion, etc. This position provides a great learning experience and helps develop organizational skills as well as development in writing and critical thinking. Belltower & English/Fine Arts assistant will focus on work pertaining to The Belltower including research on student journalism associations and maintaining membership in these associations. Assistant will also update the newspaper style guide, coordinate literary magazine submissions, promote the student newspaper, etc. This position provides a great learning experience and helps develop organizational skills as well as development in writing and critical thinking.
