Job description

Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Graphics & Tradecraft Specialist to support creative production for a federal customer in Columbia, Maryland. This role sits within the Graphics & Tradecraft team and focuses on producing high-realism, AI-assisted imagery and supporting assets used in real-world operational contexts. The position requires strong technical skill in generative imagery, attention to detail, and comfort working in classified, mission-driven environments. Education & Certification Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in technical field, graphic design, IT or computer science Clearance Requirements: * TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required Responsibilities: * Develop and refine digital media assets, supporting documentation, and other virtual production content * Create background and scene imagery using generative AI tools and composite techniques * Perform critical analysis of imagery to ensure quality and realism standards are met prior to publication * Collaborate directly with users to understand content-specific requirements and tailor outputs accordingly * Iterate on content using prompt engineering, LoRA models, and post-processing techniques to meet required quality thresholds * Maintain and organize asset libraries for rapid access and reuse * Contribute to documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for graphics production Qualifications: * 6 years of experience in digital production, photo editing, or AI-assisted image generation * Proficiency with AI image generation tools, including prompting, model selection, and iterative quality improvement * Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and/or equivalent photo editing software for post-processing and compositing * High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in generative media * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements and priorities Desired Skills: * Experience with diffusion models, ComfyUI, or similar pipeline-based AI image generation platforms * Proficiency with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Lightroom, Illustrator, or After Effects * Background in photography, visual design, or forensic image analysis * Understanding of social media platform image requirements, compression artifacts, and realistic scene generation * Experience with identity document formats, security features, and verification processes * Familiarity with cybersecurity programs, including red teaming Employer Information: Our client delivers mission-critical technology for federal law enforcement and national security partners, operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and identity technology.
