  • Get your hands dirty - install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment right alongside the team
  • Be the go-to problem solver when equipment issues get complicated
  • Lead installation and upgrade projects across multiple sites, on time and on budget
  • Keep parts inventory tight and high-priority items always in stock
  • Own the preventive maintenance program - schedules, documentation, accountability
  • Train site managers and techs to spot issues before they become downtime
