Position:ย  Special Education Aide
Location: Mason Central Office - Comet Care
Performance Responsibilities
Supports the student(s) in recitation, reading, and other curriculum tasks, guiding and helping, but not teaching.
Implements teacher-directed interventions to support pupil performance objectives.
Assists students where necessary in accomplishing self-help skills and gradually decrease support as appropriate.
Assists in documentation of pupil performance.
Assist in toileting needs, including diapering.
Will work with student(s) who has medical needs which could include tube feedings, insulin testing, etc.ย 
Other Duties as Assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Must be able to pass a BCI&I and FBI criminal background check
