Buscamos un profesional con claro perfil comercial y experiencia en la venta de proyectos y equipos en el sector de la climatización cuya función principal será la será el incremento de las ventas en el área asignada, la planificación de actividades comerciales, la detección de oportunidades de negocio y la introducción de nuestras soluciones de HVAC en el mercado de Republica Dominicana.
¿Qué harás?
  • Mantener y desarrollar una cartera de clientes, con el objetivo de promocionar la venta de proyectos y equipos de HVAC de Johnson Controls.
  • Realizar estudios técnicos para ofrecer recambio de equipos sustentados en ahorros energéticos y operativos (ROI)
  • Elaborar propuestas económicas/presupuestos de proyectos
  • Proporcionar charlas a los clientes que ayuden a comercializar nuestras soluciones digitales asociadas a clima.
  • Planificar visitas periódicas a los clientes en todo el país.

Requerimos
  • Ingeniería/Grado Asociado en Electromecánica, o Mecánica
  • Experiencia en ventas técnicas en el mundo de la climatización o tecnologías a fines.
  • Aportar un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en venta de proyectos y equipos.
  • Experiencia en ventas regionales, se priorizará conocimiento de los mercados y cartera de clientes en PR y/o RD.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar fuera del país durante el 25% del tiempo.

  • Aptitud y conocimiento técnico hacia la tecnología Profesional organizado, con buenas aptitudes para la comunicación.
  • Excelente iniciativa y habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.

  • Capacidad de trabajo con supervisión limitada
  • Manejo de plataforma de CRM - Salesforce
