Job Summary

This position functions as an independent contributor managing product lifecycle activities within the organization. It ensures innovative solutions align with business objectives and customer needs. The role involves analyzing, planning, and executing product strategies while working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
The Specialist, Product Management supports the Network Facilities Solutions (NFS) Product Team in delivering optimized, automated, and data-driven analytics and solutions that enable Comcast's Network, Facilities, Field teams, and Business Partners.
This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support product execution, roadmap delivery, and day-to-day product operations. The Specialist 3 assists in defining requirements, coordinating work across teams, analyzing data, and ensuring initiatives are aligned with business and operational needs.
This position is ideal for an early-career product professional looking to build foundational product management skills while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale platforms, operational systems, and emerging technologies, including AI, that are shaping the future of product development and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends for product development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Managing the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps to guide development and prioritize initiatives.
  • Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

AI and Innovation Focus:

  • Build awareness of emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance product capabilities, improve operational workflows, and enable predictive, data-driven insights
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tools, automation, and analytics to improve product efficiency and user experience
  • Develop an understanding of how AI will evolve product management practices, including decision support, workflow automation, and intelligent analytics

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with backlog management or work tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Experience supporting product delivery, operational systems, or technical platforms
  • Interest in network infrastructure, facilities systems, or operational technology environments
  • Basic understanding of metrics, reporting, and data analysis

Primary Location Pay Range: $94,046.17 - $141,069.25Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
