What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our technicians and maintaining efficient warehouse operations by:

  • Safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
  • Pulling and preparing equipment and materials for daily technician assignments
  • Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
  • Issuing and returning customer premise equipment (CPE) using EIS and Excel
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Keeping the warehouse, technician room, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Performing equipment retrievals from customer homes using a company vehicle
  • Picking up equipment and supplies from local vendors when needed
  • Assisting with general warehouse operations and special projects
  • Following all company safety procedures and inventory control standards

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys physical, hands-on work.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be at least 23 years old for insurance purposes
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet when necessary
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as business needs require
