Job Summary

This job provides technical product expertise to support Xfinity Community sales initiatives through solution design and configuration planning. It requires analyzing customer requirements and recommending appropriate product solutions. The job coordinates cross-functional implementation activities while developing advanced technical product knowledge through structured programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer technical requirements and product specifications to recommend appropriate Xfinity Community solutions
  • Translating technical design requirements and create and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Contributing to RFP responses through technical solution design and configuration planning within established Individual Case Basis processes
  • Monitoring project timelines and maintaining regular communication with customers regarding implementation progress under supervisor direction
  • Collaborating with Network Engineering, Architecture, Systems Engineering, Service Delivery, Product teams, and Marketing to support sales and implementation processes effectively.
  • Recommending products to meet customer needs.
  • Developing technical product knowledge through structured training programs and mentoring from experienced team members
  • Supporting customer success by documenting technical specifications and configuration requirements according to established procedures
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
