This job leads the Technical Operations team, aligning management and operations with strategic objectives. It encompasses ensuring compliance, staff development, budget oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration for technology and service excellence. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading technical operations teams, ensuring effective management of productivity, quality, and staffing to meet operational goals
  • Overseeing daily technical activities, including installation, service, construction, and materials management for company success
  • Maintaining system compliance with NCTA, FCC regulations, and company operating standards
  • Developing and refining operational procedures and practices to enhance departmental performance
  • Ensuring completion of all technical service and maintenance work, both scheduled and on-demand
  • Conducting performance reviews and reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
  • Creating training programs and quality guidelines to prepare staff for emerging technological advancements
  • Formulating and managing operational budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and resource allocation align with strategic plans
  • Coordinating with other departments to address customer issues and integrate new technology solutions
  • Facilitating staff and system readiness for new technology demands by engaging in consistent deployment planning discussions
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

This job can be performed in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $92,987.07 - $183,527.12. This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $88,093.02 USD - $163,135.21.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
