We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to lead advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of water treatment systems at client sites. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently on complex service tasks. This position plays a key role in diagnosing system issues, being a technical expert in the field, and mentoring junior technicians.

  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repairs on water treatment equipment including pumps, filtration systems, and chemical dosing units.
  • Perform water quality testing and interpret results to recommend solutions.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and facility personnel.
  • Maintain detailed service records including diagnostic reports, part usage, and treatment results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop customized water treatment solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry advancements.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work 6:30am-2:30pm
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
  • 3+ years of experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing or industrial equipment maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems related to water treatment
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing pumps, valves, sensors, and control systems
  • Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals
