Sr/Scientist-MeatReporting directly to the Vice President of R&D, this role will interface cross-functionally with departments such as Product Development, Regulatory, Culinary, Sales, Accounting, and Operations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.Key Responsibilities:Formulate innovative dry seasoning blends for industrial food manufacturing customersManage multiple development projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentContribute to the enhancement of product development processes, from benchtop formulation to scale-up and productionIdentify and source new raw materials and supplier partnerships to elevate product uniqueness and qualityCollaborate with flavor houses and suppliers to develop or discover new ingredientsDeliver technical presentations to internal stakeholders and clientsSalary$90,000 - $120,000BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, 401(k).
