Now Hiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking an experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lead BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children while serving as a clinical leader and mentor for our team. In this role, you'll oversee the full therapy process—from assessment and individualized treatment planning to staff supervision, parent collaboration, and clinical quality assurance.

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Review clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care.
  • Assist with onboarding, staff development, case consultation, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload while providing leadership and support to the clinical team.
