UCHealth Medical Group and the Cancer Care Team in Colorado Springs are ready to welcome a board eligible/certified Hematology and Oncology physician to their team. The ideal candidate will be a team player focused on excellent patient care with an interest in benign hematology. At UCHealth, we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible.

  • Join a busy, existing practice of twelve physicians, eight APPs and a robust support staff, including nurse navigators and social workers.
  • Preference given to hematologists with experience in benign hematology.
  • Enjoy a flexible four-day work week with no call responsibilities.
  • EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 7/30/2026.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

  • The pay range for this full-time position is $489,000-$543,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
  • Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
  • Paid malpractice.

  • 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
