  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Training & development

We're an upscale, busy and getting busier, full-service Redken salon offering affordable luxury to men and women who want the experience of a high-end salon without the pretense. And we're looking for our next standout stylist.
This role is built for someone who lives and breathes color. Balayage, dimensional blondes, lived-in brunettes, vivids, corrective work — if your Instagram is a color reel and you can talk underlying pigment, formulation, and tone correction the way other people talk about the weather, keep reading.
Who we're looking for:

A stylist with a strong command of cutting and styling but most importantly color theory and a genuine love for the chair — not just someone who can do color, but someone who'd choose it every time. You stay on top of what's trending on social and in editorial, you follow the educators and brands shaping the industry, and you're always chasing the next class, the next technique, the next level of your craft. You bring polish, professionalism, and a modern eye to every guest.
What we offer:

  • A beautifully designed salon space with a loyal, growing clientele
  • Full Redken product line and ongoing Redken education
  • Competitive commission structure with room to grow your book
  • Continued advanced training — we invest in stylists who invest in themselves
  • A drama-free, collaborative team that actually likes working together
  • Affordable luxury positioning that attracts guests who value quality and come back
You bring:

  • Cosmetology license in good standing
  • Strong color skills — balayage, dimensional, gloss/toning, color correction
  • Precision cutting and finishing that match the color work
  • A trend-aware, growth-minded approach to your craft
  • A portfolio (Instagram is perfect) that shows your work
  • Professionalism, reliability, and great energy with guests and teammates
  • A book of business is a plus, but we'll help you build one
Apply with your resume and a link to your Instagram or portfolio.

If color is your craft and growth is your standard — we'd love to meet you.
