Supports Coordinator (Early Intervention Services)Position SummaryUnder limited supervision of the Early Interventionist Supervisor, the Supports Coordinator (Service Coordinator/Family Trainer) provides ongoing service coordination for children (birth to age 6) with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.
