Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art with precision and artistry
  • Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice on nail care, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience
  • Stay current with industry trends including new techniques in nail care, color theory applications, and the latest nail art styles
  • Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual client needs and preferences
  • Support the salon’s overall cleanliness and organization, adhering to health regulations and safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Nail Technician within the beauty industry, with a strong portfolio of nail designs and techniques
  • Active and current License with TDLR
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and health regulations to maintain a sterile workspace
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences
  • Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively
