In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles in a fast-paced, supportive dealership environment. Responsibilities
  • Perform technical service, maintenance, and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment

  • Review job orders, diagnose issues, and determine appropriate repair procedures

  • Follow checklists to ensure all critical components are inspected

  • Inspect and adjust protective guards, bolts, and safety devices

  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm proper operation

  • Tag and return all warranty parts according to dealership policy

  • Attend training classes and stay updated on factory technical bulletins

  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction

  • Accurately complete repair orders and follow safety and procedural guidelines

  • Maintain an organized, clean workspace

  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned in clean condition

  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy with guests and colleagues

  • Strive to meet productivity goals set by management

  • Follow manufacturer policies regarding labor operations, documentation, and warranty repairs

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Service Management


Qualifications
  • Diesel Certifications

  • Previous Ford dealership experience highly preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year Fleet or Dealership repair experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • ASE Certification preferred

  • CDL Certification preferred

  • Strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction

  • Self-motivated, professional, and a strong team player

  • Must supply your own tools

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
