Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Driver Patrol in Lehi, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic environment while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access concerns or unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
