About the Role


We're looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about solving complex business challenges, improving operational efficiency, driving enterprise transformation through technology and process improvement.

As a team member of the Enterprise Project Management team. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, project managers, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, define requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

This role plays a critical part in bridging business and technology by ensuring projects are well-defined, business processes are optimized, and solutions align with organizational goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions and helping transform the way an organization operates.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Support the Enterprise PM team in delivering enterprise initiatives.
  • Participate in project planning, requirements definition, risk identification, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and customer experience.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements that reduce complexity and increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, business analysis, workflow automation, and productivity.


What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or cross-functional projects with remote teams in various time zones working with Product Owners or Agile teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar to improve productivity and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Digital Commerce/eCommerce, CRM, ERP, PIM, APIs, system integrations, UAT, Jira, Adobe Commerce (Magento), OpenCart, or manufacturing environments.
