Job description

Join surgical group made up of 2 physicians (GS’s), a certified medical assistant & an experienced support staff. Responsibilities involve a broad-based of general surgery cases including EGD & colonoscopy–including upper GI bleeding & removal of foreign bodies in the esophagus, laparoscopic procedures, biopsy & lesion removal. Group works out of 1 office (on hospital campus), covers 1 hospital & has 24 hr anesthesia coverage. Work schedule consists of a 4.5 days or 34 patient contact hours which is a mixture of call, clinic & OR time. Compensation includes competitive salary, incentives, benefits, vacation/CME, retirement, relocation, malpractice & may include student loan assistance & sign-on bonus. Servicing over 60K residents, hospital offers 24 hour ER, surgical services, ICU & the latest in diagnostic imaging. Area provides a picturesque view of the Cascade Mountains & the Oregon Coast, a variety of school options, outdoor/water activities, special events & much more.
