Job description

Adecco is partnering with a leading distribution and logistics company in Henderson, NV, to hire dependable Forklift Operators. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and Jois (cherry pickers) to move, stage, and transport materials while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and a commitment to productivity are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and Jois (cherry pickers) to move, pick, stage, transport, load, and unload products and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and work orders to accurately track inventory movement, maintain inventory records, and report discrepancies when identified.
  • Perform inventory replenishment, stock rotation, and storage organization to support efficient shipping, receiving, and production operations.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report on maintenance, operational, or safety concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Support additional warehouse and distribution functions as needed to ensure operational efficiency and team success.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience operating forklifts, tuggers, order pickers, Jois (cherry pickers), or other powered industrial equipment.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, or the ability to become certified upon hire.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
