Job description

Senior D365 Business Analyst (bilingual English/Spanish)
Location:
Remote in the US w/occasional travel to Mexico and/or Colombia
Duration: 6+ month contract
Rate: $45-$50/hr (dependent on classification and location)
Responsibilities:
    • Lead current state process discovery across manufacturing, sales, and operations
    • Create detailed As Is / To Be process maps
    • Document AS/400 modules, workflows, and user interactions
    • Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders in Mexico & Colombia
    • Support D365 transition and ensure alignment with business needs
    • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
    • Help standardize processes across multiple sites
    • Produce clear documentation for design, build, and training phases
    • Report to the Senior Program Manager
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise system implementations
  • ERP transformation experience (D365)
  • Strong AS/400 documentation experience
  • Expert in process mapping and business process documentation
  • Manufacturing industry experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of sales & operations processes
  • Experience working across regions and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in Spanish & English required
Preferred:
  • Multi-country ERP implementation experience (Mexico/Colombia)
  • Exposure to plant operations or facilities management
  • Experience in consumer products or manufacturing
  • Prior consulting experience in large transformation programs
