We are currently seeking a Collision Repair Estimator who is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Position Summary: As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in guiding them through the repair process. This role combines technical expertise in vehicle estimating with a proactive, empathetic, and communicative approach to customer service. You'll serve as the liaison between customers, insurance partners, and the repair team-ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
โ€ข Greet all customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
โ€ข Listen actively and respond empathetically to customer concerns or questions
โ€ข Guide customers through the collision repair process, clearly explaining procedures, timelines, and expectations
โ€ข Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair, providing updates and managing expectations
โ€ข Build trust and rapport to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Estimating & Repair Coordination
โ€ข Accurately inspect and assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
โ€ข Ensure all customer and vehicle information is thoroughly documented and updated in the system
โ€ข Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure compliance with company protocols and claim requirements
โ€ข Monitor the progress of repairs and keep all stakeholders informed
โ€ข Offer value-added services when appropriate and educate customers on benefits
Administrative Duties

Requirements
