Duties
  • Manage all aspects of the collision repair process, including estimating, repair planning, and quality control to ensure timely and precise vehicle restoration
  • Supervise technicians and support staff and have a daily work schedule for all personnel to maximize work flow
  • Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols
