As an Auto body technician, you’ll perform vehicle repairs as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The ideal candidate will use attention to detail and pride in their work to deliver quality repairs for our customers.

Technician Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications and safety regulations
  • Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, adjust and perform operational checks on a variety of components and systems
  • Determine the type and extent of repairs needed and effectively communicate with collision estimator
  • Air bag and instrument panel removal and repair
  • Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, Radiators, Airbags and Trim. Should possess proficiency in welding
  • Stay current in the latest diagnostic methods and techniques across a number of brands
  • Make every effort to achieve the production objectives set by management
  • Follow established safety protocols while operating equipment
  • Complete required training assigned through the company training portal

Job Requirements Include but are not limited to:

  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn
  • Ability to use frame and measurement equipment
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate with managers and peers
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Desire to purse certifications (ICAR OEM etc)
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable safe driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Follow established safety protocols and company policies
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
