Youth Sports Referee – Weekend/Part-Time

i9 Sports | San Diego, CA | Part-Time

i9 Sports is looking for energetic, dependable, and confident Youth Sports Referees to officiate our youth sports games in San Diego.

This is a great opportunity for college students, current/former athletes, coaches, teachers, and anyone who loves sports and enjoys working with kids.

What You’ll Do

  • Officiate youth Flag Football, Soccer & T-Ball games
  • Enforce game rules in a fair and consistent manner
  • Keep games moving and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Make calls confidently and explain rules when necessary
  • Promote good sportsmanship among players and coaches
  • Help create a safe and fun environment for athletes
  • Communicate professionally with coaches, parents, and i9 Sports staff
  • Arrive on time and prepared for each game
  • Assist with basic field/equipment setup when needed
