  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to relay customer needs and track execution toward program milestones
  • Assist with validation and qualification activities to ensure customer readiness for HBM products
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer enablement documentation, SOPs, and technical collateral
  • Help prepare materials and messaging for internal and external forums, including executivelevel updates
  • Analyze market and customer inputs to support roadmap discussions and business planning in the AI memory space
  • Learn and apply best practices for customer communication across the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Materials, or related field)
  • Strong interest in semiconductor technology, AI hardware, or memory systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn in a fastpaced, customerfacing technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, coop, or project experience in semiconductors, hardware systems, or product engineering
  • Exposure to DRAM, advanced packaging, or systemlevel design concepts
  • Interest in customer engagement, product strategy, or technical program execution
  • Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines
