Position Overview
Sandy Mac Evolution LLC is seeking a Program Security Representative I to support Department of Defense Special Access Program activities in Chantilly, Virginia.
The Program Security Representative provides multi-discipline security support for one or more Special Access Programs and performs day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
Current Billet Requirements
  • Mandatory: 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification may count toward three years of experience.
  • Desired: SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to NISPOM, applicable DoD and Intelligence Community guidance, and SAP security policies.
  • Assist with development and execution of policies and procedures safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral information.
  • Continuously assess security procedures, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting test, training, and operational activities.
  • Assist in development, implementation, and training of Operations Security programs.
  • Provide contractor and subordinate-facility security assistance and oversight.
  • Brief government and senior civilian personnel on security-related topics.
  • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs.
  • Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
  • Ensure timely reporting of pertinent security matters to program technical and management personnel.
  • Support preliminary inquiries and damage assessments involving loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education and awareness programs.

Experience
  • 5-7 years of related security experience.
  • SFPC may count toward three years of required experience.
  • SAP experience desired.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
  • A bachelor's degree may count as four years of equivalent experience.

Security Clearance
  • Active Top Secret clearance required.
  • SCI eligibility required.
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program information.
  • Must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Other Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site in Chantilly, Virginia.
