Job description

- Serve as the named Qualifying Agent / Manager for state licensing applications (e.g., Louisiana, California, Pennsylvania, etc.).
-Maintain overall regulatory accountability for compliance with repossession-related licensing frameworks.
-Oversee compliance for activities including:
Collateral location / skip tracing
Delinquency resolution and borrower communications
Forwarding assignments to licensed repossession agencies
-Ensure strict alignment with licensing boundaries, avoiding activities that may trigger direct repossession licensing exposure.
-Act as primary contact for regulators on licensing, compliance, and consumer complaint matters.
- Support:
License applications, renewals, and filings (multi-state)
Regulatory audits/inquiries
Background and disclosure submissions
-Review operational scripts/processes to ensure no:
Suggestion of repossession authority
Instructions to surrender collateral
Misclassification as repossession operator
