General Summary
Review and analyze credit and collateral information for diverse types of loans, including ascertaining an appropriate loan rating. Prepare and occasionally present annual loan reviews for approval to various committees. Review appraisals, property evaluations, and various environmental reports. Prepare and compile various key management reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and perform annual credit reviews on commercial loan relationships, to include review of all pertinent credit & financial information, such as credit bureaus, UCC & title searches, various financial statements, the loan files to include both credit & collateral, and provide credit analysis and assign grading to same.
- Assess the adherence to internal credit and loan administration policies and procedures.ย ย
- Coordinate Appraisal/Environmental orders and complete reviews as assigned and in accordance with guidelines.
- Provide special reviews as requested to assess the state of certain loan portfolio segments.
- Input financial statement spreads using Flash Spread.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an Individual in this position must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily and exhibit the values of the Company. In addition, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Experience and/or Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum three (3) years of review experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer knowledge - Windows, Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Banking
