Our client, a respected law firm serving businesses and entrepreneurs, is seeking an experienced Senior Transactional Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who enjoys advising clients on business matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and delivering practical, solutions-oriented counsel in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on a broad range of business and transactional matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and commercial agreements.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain strong, responsive communication.
  • Work closely with clients and outside professionals as needed.
