Job description

Our organization is looking to recruit an OB/GYN Hospitalist to become part of our vibrant team in Sacramento, CA.

We are excited to expand our OBGYN Hospitalist Program and are in search of dedicated OBGYN Hospitalists who are eager to contribute to our growth and transformation.   • Consistent and predictable scheduling with multiple OBGYN hospitalists on duty during each shift

Your Responsibilities:
  • Labor & Delivery Leadership: Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while supporting a busy, high-acuity labor and delivery unit.

  • OBED / Triage: Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and manage unassigned patients as necessary.

  • Surgical & Procedural Care: Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.

  • High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

  • Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician

  • COMPENSATION: $400,000 for 1.0 FTE Day Shift, $460,000 for 1.0 FTE Night Shift

  • Additional productivity bonuses

  • $50,000 Sign-on bonus

  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000

  • Residency stipend of up to $3,000 monthly

  • Forgivable loan of up to $200,000

  • Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
