Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem Positions Shifts Available:
  • 7a-3pm every other weekend required
  • 3p-11pm every other weekend required
  • 11pm-7am (every other weekend required)

What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with ADLs according to resident need.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Document resident care activities accurately using electronic health records systems.
  • Work effectively as a team in the delivery of care.
  • Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and cognitive challenges.

Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Experience in senior care settings, such as assisted living facilities or nursing home, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in dementia care is a plus.
