We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage and support an established middle-market book of business across diverse industries while partnering closely with Producers and carriers to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Manage and service an established middle-market commercial insurance book of business
  • Partner with Producers to support client retention, growth, and new business opportunities
  • Review client exposures and coverage needs, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
  • Prepare submissions, market accounts, and negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers
  • Coordinate renewals, policy changes, certificates, and related client documentation
  • Provide responsive day-to-day service and support to clients and carrier partners
  • Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely delivery of coverage documents
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity records within the agency management system
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Active New Mexico Property & Casualty license required
  • Commercial Lines insurance experience required; middle-market experience preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships, renewals, and carrier negotiations
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and risk management concepts
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems; Applied Epic experience is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
