Experience with database development using T-SQL and working with MS SQL is beneficial, as is familiarity with Eclipse, Perforce, SubVersion, or other common developer tools. • Participate in requirements clarification and collaborate with the Business Analyst and Government stakeholders.
• Perform developer testing and defect resolution.
• Use Git-based source control and participate in merge requests and controlled release processes.
• Support Fortify and custom static-code scanning, remediate findings, and follow secure coding practices.
• Assist with weekly expedited releases and planned monthly production releases.
• Document code, technical decisions, module behavior, deployment considerations, and recurring support procedures.
Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of software-development experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Adobe ColdFusion/CFML development experience.
• Strong experience maintaining and enhancing complex legacy applications.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web-application development.
• Experience using Git-based source-control and code-review processes.
• Experience in diagnosing application, database, integration, and production-support issues.
• Ability to work independently, proactively take ownership of assigned work, and complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, system administrators, testers, and customer stakeholders.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting DISA or another Department of Defense organization.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server in development, test/UAT, and production environments.
• Experience with Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Fortify, or comparable DevSecOps tools.
• Familiarity with PKI, CAC authentication, SSO, and ICAM requirements.
• Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, ACAS/Tenable, SCAP, POA&Ms, and secure software-development requirements.
• Experience supporting Agile development, RFC-driven work, fast-track releases, and customer UAT.
• Experience documenting legacy business rules and supporting migration or system-modernization initiatives.
